The Roundtable offers members the opportunity to speak candidly and freely about most issues related to their job function exclusive of any confidential firm information (e.g. compensation, personnel issues, client engagements, etc.)  There is no set agenda for the meeting; participants come with questions to pose to the group.  The conversations are frank and honest, and offer valuable insight for every participant.  Roundtable Ground Rules are attached, but we simply state, "Do not say something you would not want your Managing Partner and/or Management Committee to hear."    Roundtables are limited to 15 people to ensure that all attendees can participate within the 1 hour session.  If you have never attended an ALA event, we think you would enjoy this casual but highly informative format. 

Small Firm is defined as from between 1-30 attorneys. Large Firm is defined as greater than 30 attorneys. (For firms of close to 30 attorneys, choose the group you think would best suit your needs).
