Happenings

          The Philadelphia Chapter of the ALA offers many opportunities for our business partners throughout the year.  Annual sponsorship packages begin each January with events scheduled throughout the calendar year.  Our goal is to bring our members, (approximately 240) and sponsors together, hopefully in ways that are beneficial to both.  Although we do not endorse any one business partner over another, we do encourage our members to consider our supporting companies when looking for products and/or services.

The Philadelphia Chapter holds educational chapter luncheons and section luncheons where sponsors are encouraged to participate.  We average 40 educational meetings per year as well as a:

   Meet & Greet (Legal Expo)  June, 2010

   Golf Outing  September, 2010

    Business Partner (Vendor) Appreciation  Fall, 2010

    Business Partner Breakfast  Fall, 2010

    Yearly Social Event  Winter, 2010

    On-line electronic newsletter

    Community Challenge Luncheon (Fall)

Additionally, a newly formed Business Partner Advisory Committee made up of 3 annual sponsors will work with the Board to facilitate professional relationships between our members and BP's. We have also created a searchable database on our website listing our sponsors and their respective products and services.

             We hope that you will take this opportunity to partner with the Philadelphia ALA as we work together to provide better business opportunities for members and business partners alike.
