This presentation is a general overview of hiring and motivating staff; current techniques for sourcing candidates, interviewing and evaluation process, as well as onboarding and managing employees once a part of the team. We will review communication techniques through the process, the best forms of communication during the recruiting and onboarding process, and the best ways to foster and value teamwork within staff.
